Linen Quality and Guest Satisfaction in Star-rated Hotels in Upper East Region of Ghana

Purpose: Linen as launderable textiles is indispensable in the hotel business. Guests pay for services rendered and deserve quality linen. (bed linen, bath guest room curtains) expected to be clean, crisp, spotless, attractive comfortable. can attributable fibre of fabric, care maintenance. Thus, study investigated linen satisfaction star-rated hotels Upper East Region Ghana. The reference was on relationship that exists between test if any association existed them.
 Methodology: employed a descriptive survey research design. A sample 327 guests sampled using random sampling technique. Data were collected questionnaire. Analysis data done by use SPSS version 26. presented both inferential statistics. statistics frequencies, percentages, means standard deviations. For statistics, Spearman’s Rank-Order correlation used determine relationships, directions, magnitude among variables. regression model testing hypotheses. hypothesis tested at 5% level significance.
 Findings: findings revealed an with moderate positive (r =.04 .52) statistically significant (R2 =.197, F(2, 324) = 39.80, β .522, p .000). there no rejected 95% confidence level. concluded significantly influences satisfaction. However, predictor variable (linen quality) explained approximately 19.2% variations guests’ satisfaction.
